Refund policy

At Jeji’s Kitchen, we take pride in preparing authentic homemade Andhra food products with care and quality. Since our products are food items, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return Policy for Food Products

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal taste preference
  • Ordering by mistake
  • Delay caused by incorrect address or customer unavailability
  • Minor variations in texture, spice level, oil content, or color

This policy applies to all products including:

  • Veg Pickles
  • Non-Veg Pickles
  • Rice Mixes
  • Food Powders
  • Masala Powders
  • Homemade Andhra Specialties

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We accept return/replacement requests only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The package is leaking or broken
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product received is spoiled or unfit for consumption

3. Reporting Damaged Products

To request a replacement or refund for damaged items:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of:
    • Damaged package
    • Product condition
    • Shipping label

Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

4. Refund & Replacement Approval

Once our team reviews the issue, we may:

  • Provide a replacement product, or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

Jeji’s Kitchen reserves the right to reject claims if sufficient proof is not provided.

5. Prepaid Orders Only

Jeji’s Kitchen accepts Prepaid Orders Only.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
